July 3, Saturday, Fireworks! At 10 p.m. fireworks will launch from the RJ Corman RR site downtown. Free parking in the Central Bank Center parking lot off High Street. Bring a chair and enjoy fireworks.
July 10, Saturday, Trash Disposal Day. Drop off a pickup load of HOUSEHOLD waste, including mattresses, box springs, and small indoor furniture such as tables and chairs. 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Old Landfill Pad at 1631 Old Frankfort Pike.
July 16, Friday, Gallery Hop from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center 141 E Main Street. See works of Laura Hagihara, Linda Fugate Blumer, and Julie Warren Conn.
July 23, Friday, Summer Nights in Suburbia at Moondance Ampitheater in Beaumont. Live music by The Other Brothers. Food trucks will be there. Bring blanket and/or chair. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and music is from 7 to 9.
July 31 and August 1, Women’s City Golf Championship. It will be played at Lakeside Golf Course on July 31 and Kearney Hills Golf Links on August 1.
