February can be cold, overcast, snowy, and just unpleasant. But one must remember it is the last full month of winter. Spring arrives next month! And of course this is the month we spend money on chocolates and flowers on Valentine’s Day. So enjoy the less than ideal weather of February knowing this month we have an excuse to enjoy chocolate candy and that next month Spring arrives!
