Read and contribute to the Q & A section and obey our deed restrictions and city ordinances.
Pick up litter in the neighborhood. Let's keep Harrods View beautiful.
Keep trees trimmed so limbs do not obstruct persons using the sidewalks.
Do not park cars on sidewalks. Neighbors should be able to use all sidewalks.
Pick up dog waste when you walk your dog.
Neighborhood speed limit is 25 mph. Please watch your speed.
Be mindful of your neighbors if you are creating a disturbance across your property boundary. Read and obey the noise ordinance.
No activity may be carried on upon any property that is an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
Place roll cart garbage containers on curb no sooner than 4:00 pm on day before collection and remove by 7:00 pm on day of collection.
Do not store roll cart garbage containers in front of home. Place them inside garage or in side yard or back yard.
No fence can extend toward the front of the house past the rear corner.
