A few days ago the Lexington Herald Leader reported that the sharpest increase in median home values during the last 12-month period in Lexington was in zip code 40513. Home values increased a little more that 22% in 40513. Right behind 40513 was 40517 at 21%. The zip code with the highest medan home value was 40513.And of course, Harrods View sits in the heart of 40513.
